Open Positions

Iris lived to be 20 ½ years old with kidney disease, hypertension, inflammatory bowel disease, and pure stubborn determination. She is proof that proactive, intentional care can change everything.

She’s also our mandate. We named this practice after her because she represents our mission: We spend more time with you, so you get more time with them. That means longer appointments, deeper conversations, and a commitment to never cutting corners when it comes to care.
