A woman in a white coat, she is a compassionate vet offering in home euthanasia services.

Dr. Kyra Marsigliano

Dr. Kyra Marsigliano—also known by her clients as Dr. Mars or Dr. M—is a clinician with a passion for solving medical mysteries and helping pets thrive throughout every stage of life. A graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, she also holds a Master of Science in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, making her one of the rare veterinarians in the world with formal training in this emerging field.

With a strong focus on internal medicine and preventive care, Dr. Marsigliano excels at managing complex and chronic conditions—from allergies and anxiety to kidney disease and cancer. She brings both curiosity and rigor to every case, staying current on the latest diagnostics and treatment options and frequently collaborating with veterinary specialists to provide the most informed, individualized care possible. She’s known for her skill in diagnosing rare and complicated illnesses, often uncovering the root cause when others could not.

Clients appreciate Dr. M’s approachable, educational style—she’s not afraid to get chatty if it helps pet parents feel empowered and informed. She believes that understanding your pet’s condition is key to making the best decisions for their care, and she takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships along the way.

Dr. Marsigliano is a firm believer that age is not a disease, and she’s passionate about helping senior pets live vibrant, comfortable lives. She’s equally devoted to wellness and prevention, including nutritional counseling and early interventions to extend both lifespan and quality of life.

Her favorite saying? “Cats are made of rubber and magic.”
(And yes, she’ll explain it—probably with diagrams.)
